First 7 Days use with Consistent use Twice a day , 
After a week Use three times a week , twice a day. Apply Mask leave on for 20-30 minutes , wipe of using a wet cloth and apply your usual  moisturiser

Apply Clay mask on desired body part , leave on for 30 minutes and Exfoliate using a bathing glove and apply desired body lotion.
